Privacy notice for clavox.ai and the waitlist
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This notice covers this website and the Clavox waitlist. The full Privacy Policy for the Clavox app will be published here before Clavox goes on sale on November 18, 2026.
Who we are
Clavox is run by Samuel Eniola in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. For anything about your data, write to support@clavox.ai.
What we collect
Only the first name and email address you give us when you join the waitlist. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels and no trackers, and it doesn’t load anything from other companies’ servers.
What we use it for
- To send you a link to confirm your spot on the waitlist, and to greet you by your first name in our emails.
- To tell you when Clavox launches, with your $59 waitlist price.
- To send you occasional news about Clavox.
We never sell your details, rent them, or share them with advertisers.
Your choice
You’re only added to the waitlist after you click the link in the confirmation email, so we rely on your consent. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who handles it for us
- GetResponse (GetResponse S.A., Poland) stores the waitlist and sends our emails. We’ve switched off open and click tracking.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks. We don’t run analytics or keep logs of your visits.
These companies may process data outside your country, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as you’re on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep your email address only as unsubscribed, so you’re never added again by mistake. If you’d rather we delete your details completely, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@clavox.ai. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Nigeria, that’s the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
